*Just a reminder Households eligible for the winter heating program may also be eligible to receive weatherization assistance. The Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) reduces energy costs for low-income households by increasing the energy efficiency of the homes while ensuring the resident’s health and safety. (WAP) uses the same eligibility criteria as The Connecticut Energy Assistance Program.
